    1. Hey, thanks for the commenting. Lol. I’m glad you got a laugh out of my lungs burning! Reason for hitting the bag is because it is a much more efficient way of working out. It gives you really a good cardio work out, DE-stresses your mind and also builds muscle better than weights (for me at least). Yes, as much as it doesn’t look like it, it is a lot of fun. Also allows me to drink more beer!
